Figure Studies

These are a couple of drawings from the last figure drawing class. One of my teachers at Chouinard said, "If you want to learn how to draw, you have to draw the nude body. This way you'll learn anatomy , proportions, how the body bends and turns and foreshortening." After all these years I've gotten back to the basics.
