Along The River

Oil on canvas. This is my latest Palette knife painting in the impressionist style. I like experimenting with different ways to paint. It makes my art interesting and challenging.
This is from a photo I took on our trip through Paris last spring. It shows the tip of the little island in the middle of the Seinne River that holds that great art museum The Louvre.

Sunset in London

I found I was getting too tight with my painting and decided to get as loose as I could with this one. This was done with a palette knife, popcicle stick and index finger. A photo from our trip to London was the inspiration. 10" X 8" oil on canvas panel.
