Amma tells the preist to perform a pooja in such a away that Arushi will forget all the hardships she had faced over the last few days and tells him to bless her married life with happiness.The priest asks her not to worry and starts chanting and then ties a sacred thread around Shakti's hand and tells him that this will ensure that he and Arushi will have a happy life but he cannot get intimate with Arushi for the next 24 hours and and will have to be pure.Shakti argues with him and asks him if he cannot exclude the night and continue it the next day for 12 more hours.SS gets irritated and asks him to stop asking questions and let the priest get on with the pooja.
Pratigya is about to lie down when Krishna comes in.She lies down on the bed.Krishna tells her that she doesn't listen to him within closed doors and asks her why she can't listen to him infront of others.She doesn't respond.He tells her that a wife should always support her husband regardless of whether he is right or wrong and tells her that she is doing her duty as a wife very well by insulting him infront of others.She still doesn't respond.He takes his pillow and the bed sheet and goes to the terrace.
Dadi asks Nainaji if they should call Pratigya over since Shyamji seems to be very worried and says that she is the daughter of their house no matter what.Shyamji disapproves of this idea and gets tensed.Adarsh tries to make him calm down and tells him that they won't call Pratigya over and asks him not to get tensed.
Shakti is about to enter his room.SS sees him from the stairs on the first floor and stops him.He asks Shakti what he's upto.Shakti tells him it's nothing and asks him to go to bed.SS tells him that he knows what he's upto and why he wants to go into the room and yells at him and tells him that he'll have to remain pure for 24 hours and taunts him.Shakti tells him to go and assures him that he won't go into the room.SS goes away.Shakt
