On Sunday night Minnesota has announced Jerry Kill as the new coach of the football team. On Monday at a news conference it will be announced that Kill has signed the deal of five year contract with the Minnesota. Now Jerry Kill will start his coaching work immediately for Minnesota and is not going to coach the team of northern Illinois for the forthcoming bowl game.
Jerry Kill on his statement after the contract has said that he is very excited to coach the team of University of Minnesota and it is great opportunity for him. Kill has promised the people of Minnesota University that he will work hard for them and will try his best to give them all that they are expecting and he has done it on every job. Jerry Kill was seems to be fully committed and confident about his work and was ready to work at this full capacity for the University of Minnesota.
The director of Minnesota and an athlete Joel Maturi has said that they have searched with the help of a wide net and Jerry King was the result. The director was confident about the Kill and his ways of coaching especially in light of his history of rebuilding programs. Maturi has said that they he is confident that he has chosen Jerry Kill who is the appropriate person to pilot the program of Golden Gopher. It is a great strategy used at the University of Minnesota that if you cannot beat someone then join then and if you cannot join them then let them join you.
