• Identification of industries, companies, market segments and right candidates.
• Gathering and Understanding the client requirements.
• Sourcing potential candidates through various sources like internal databank, job portals, referrals.
• Screening candidates.
• Conducting preliminary telephonic interview.
• Follow-up with candidates.
• Coordinate with client.
• Handling end to end recruitment.
