अभिजीत सावंत Abhijeet Sawant, India first Indian Idol seems to be making headlines for all the bad reasons; he has been reportedly beaten up on the Santacruz road by Mob people, when two motor bike riders got injured from his friend's vehicle.
Less than an idol act this. Prajakta Sukharea, a participant in the popular reality show Indian Idol some years ago, was arrested last night on charges of rash and negligent driving.
Singer Abhijeet Sawant and Prajukta Shukre with some other friends were returning from a night-out and party from a Juhu restaurant in two different vehicles . As per the reports, he and his friends decided to race, Sawant was in Audi and his friend was in Honda City.
But the idea of racing on Daulat Nagar area of Santacruz proved terrible for both of them, his friend in Honda City smashed into two people riding a motorbike, which injured them badly.
