More Vintage Station Views

I just received this card in the mail. This is a circa 1905 unused card showing the Boston & Maine station at Windham Junction New Hampshire where two lines crossed. This card has it all...ball signals, semaphore, water tower, water crane, double-sided freight and passenger stations, and a train pulling in, too!  The colors in this card are soft and rich making for a more artistic and less photographic scene.

This is a classic postcard view circa 1915. I don't know if this is the Minneapolis, St. Paul & Sault Ste Marie Railway, the Chicago & Northwestern, or The Milwaukee Road that served this station. Any ideas? Note the banjo signal and semaphore.

This is a great trolley scene circa 1915.

Here's another classic train time scene circa 1915. Note the crossing gates, gateman's shack, and semaphore. I like the way that the train had to pull all the way up to the road because of its length.

The Lackawanna Railroad was a class act from its manicured stations to its graceful trains. In this view postmarked 1909 we see the crew, tools of the trade in hand, posing for the photographer as they make a check of the sleek 4-4-0 camelback.

This circa 1915 view shows a Southern Pacific train at the Santa Barbara, CA station. Note the mission style architecture of the station and the absence of horseless carriages.
